Ingrédients

- 1 honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the honeycrisp apple and slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, apple, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
