- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and gradually stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Mix in hot honey and balsamic glaze to the sauce.
- In a blender, whip feta cheese until smooth.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and crisp Brussels sprouts until golden brown.
- Toss cooked fettuccine with the sauce and sliced chicken.
- Serve topped with whipped feta and crispy Brussels chips.
