Description

Ingrédients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cups brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with cajun seasoning and cook in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  2. Boil fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese; stir until combined.
  4. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and mix well.
  5. Combine hot honey, feta, and basil in a bowl to create the swirl.
  6. For brussels chips, toss sliced brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper; bake until crispy.
  7. Plate the pasta, drizzle with hot honey feta swirl, and top with crispy brussels chips.
