A creamy and spicy twist on classic mac and cheese featuring hot honey and chicken.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Add shredded chicken and hot honey. Mix well.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the macaroni. Stir to coat.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra hot honey if desired.
Notes
- Adjust heat level by varying the amount of hot honey.
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or jalapeños.
- This dish can be baked for a crispy topping.
