- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
- Pour half the mixture into a greased pan.
- Spread red bean paste on top of the mixture.
- Pour the remaining mixture over the red bean paste.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool, then cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Use food coloring for a festive look.
- Store in an airtight container.
