Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing mix and herbs.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic, onion, carrots, and celery.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and serve with gravy.
- Serve turkey with cranberry sauce and sides.
- Finish with pumpkin pie for dessert.
