Ingrédients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until golden.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add garam masala, turmeric, and cumin, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cauliflower florets and stir to coat.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro before serving.
