Description
A quick and easy recipe for beef and broccoli made in an Instant Pot.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
- Add vegetable oil and beef. Cook until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
- Add broccoli and cornstarch. Stir to combine.
- Cook on sauté mode for 2-3 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust soy sauce for less sodium.
- Can use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable.
