A quick and easy recipe for instant pot chicken noodles.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Set the instant pot to sauté mode and add onions and garlic.
- Cook until softened.
- Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release pressure and add egg noodles.
- Stir and set to sauté mode for 5 minutes.
- Check noodles for doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add vegetables of your choice.
