A quick and easy recipe for spaghetti and meatballs made in an Instant Pot.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 3 cups water
- 12 ounces spaghetti
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Add marinara sauce and water to the pot.
- Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the pot, ensuring it’s submerged.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and stir well before serving.

- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- You can substitute marinara sauce with your favorite pasta sauce.
- Adjust cooking time based on your pasta preference.
