- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-6 minutes.
- Add lemon slices on top of the salmon while grilling.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
