- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs

- 1 pre-made tart shell
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, blend the pistachios and sugar until finely ground.
- Add the softened butter, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the pistachio mixture into the tart shell.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the tart cool before serving.
