A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring sausage and sweet potatoes, drizzled with a honey garlic sauce.

- 1 lb sausage
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan.
- Arrange the sausage on top of the sweet potatoes.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables, like bell peppers or onions.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
