Delicious hand pies filled with chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker crumbs.
Ingrédients

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface.
- Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
- Place chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs in the center of half of the circles.
- Cover with remaining circles and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
