- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken, potatoes, and green beans to the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts if desired.
- Add other vegetables as per your preference.
