Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the diced potatoes, green beans, onion, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and additional Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
