Ingrédients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth.
- In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat.
- Add chopped chocolate and sugar to the milk, stirring until melted.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture, continuing to stir until thickened.
- Add vanilla extract and remove from heat.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with whipped cream.
