- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix well and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
