  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapenos.
  3. Make a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip each breast in olive oil and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
