- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, and green onions.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle and seal it tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust jalapeno quantity for desired spice level.
- Serve with ranch or salsa for dipping.
