Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cake flour and sugar.
- Add milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Spread whipped cream and cotton candy on the cake.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
