Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and fill with curry.
- Seal the bun and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Fry the buns until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Use any leftover curry for filling.
