Description

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 pork cutlets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup tonkatsu sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice and set aside.
  2. Pound the pork cutlets to an even thickness.
  3. Coat each cutlet in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the cutlets until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from pan and let drain on paper towels.
  7. Slice the cutlets and place on top of the rice.
  8. Drizzle tonkatsu sauce over the cutlets.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
