Ingrédients

- 2 cups rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sweet red bean paste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the sweet red bean paste.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be enjoyed with tea.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the sugar amount.
