  • Chikuwabu (fish cake): 100g, sliced
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 2 pieces, sliced
  • Spinach: 50g, blanched
  • Salt: to taste
  • Soy sauce: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare dashi broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced daikon, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms to the broth.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add mochi and chikuwabu to the pot.
  5. Season with salt and soy sauce.
