Traditional Japanese soba noodles served during New Year celebrations.


Ingrédients

  • 200g soba noodles
  • 1 liter dashi broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, sliced
  • 100g tempura flakes
  • soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the soba noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pot, heat the dashi broth.
  3. Once noodles are cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Place the noodles in a bowl.
  5. Pour hot dashi broth over the noodles.
  6. Garnish with green onions, nori, and tempura flakes.
  7. Add soy sauce to taste.
