Description
Traditional Japanese soba noodles served during New Year celebrations.
Ingrédients

- 200g soba noodles
- 1 liter dashi broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, sliced
- 100g tempura flakes
- soy sauce to taste
Instructions
- Boil the soba noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, heat the dashi broth.
- Once noodles are cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
- Place the noodles in a bowl.
- Pour hot dashi broth over the noodles.
- Garnish with green onions, nori, and tempura flakes.
- Add soy sauce to taste.

- Can be customized with additional toppings.
