Instructions

  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and mirin. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff the rice and serve topped with chicken and vegetables. Garnish with green onions.
