  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add chicken quarters to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Place chicken on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and grill for another 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
