- 4 chicken quarters
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add chicken quarters to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place chicken on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 15-20 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for another 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
