Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, and erythritol.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream and powdered erythritol until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Gradually add melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
