  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Rub the butter mixture all over the turkey.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth into the pan.
  5. Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the foil and roast for another hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
