Ingrédients

- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar.
- Heat on low until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add key lime juice, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with lime zest or coconut flakes.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to preference.
- For a dairy-free version, replace heavy cream with coconut cream.
- Let panna cotta set overnight for best results.
