Description

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and lime zest.
  6. Pour the filling over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
