A refreshing mini dessert with a tangy key lime filling and a crisp crust.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 3 egg yolks
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
- Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- You can use bottled key lime juice for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- These can be made a day in advance.
