  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crusts.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
