A copycat recipe for KFC coleslaw that is creamy and crunchy.
Ingrédients

- 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup of onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped onion.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Stir again before serving.
