Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno bars.
  8. Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  10. Whip heavy cream and fold in chocolate hazelnut spread.
  11. Frost cooled cupcakes with the cream mixture.
  12. Top with remaining Kinder Bueno pieces.
