Description
A creamy and flavorful spinach dip made with Knorr seasoning.

- 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add Knorr vegetable soup mix and mix well.
- Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach until well combined.
- Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
