Delicious Korean BBQ meatball rice bowls loaded with flavor.
Ingrédients

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup kimchi
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve meatballs over cooked rice.
- Top with kimchi and sesame seeds.
