Korean BBQ meatball tacos with a fusion of flavors.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet.
- Assemble tacos: add meatballs, cabbage, kimchi, and cilantro to tortillas.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less ginger.
- Use ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
