  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, black pepper, and egg.
  3. Mix well and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
