  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make the dip.
  7. Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.
