Description
Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha to make the dip.
- Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level of the dip by adding more or less sriracha.
- These meatballs can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
