Description

A traditional Korean dish served with rice, vegetables, and beef.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g beef, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, julienned
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté the beef until cooked.
  3. Add spinach, carrot, and zucchini, and stir-fry until tender.
  4. Fry an egg sunny-side up.
  5. In a bowl, place rice at the bottom, followed by the beef and vegetables.
  6. Top with the fried egg and drizzle with soy sauce and gochujang.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • You can add other vegetables like bean sprouts or mushrooms.
