Description

Korean country ribs marinated in a savory sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 2 pounds country-style ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
  2. Add country-style ribs to the marinade and coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove ribs from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with steamed rice and pickled vegetables.
