Description
Korean country ribs marinated in a savory sauce.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds country-style ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang.
- Add country-style ribs to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove ribs from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with steamed rice and pickled vegetables.
