Description
A simple and flavorful Korean ground beef bowl topped with green onions and served over rice.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve with vegetables for extra nutrition.
