Ingrédients

  • Rice cake (tteok) – 500g
  • Beef – 300g
  • Carrots – 2 medium
  • Spinach – 200g
  • Eggs – 3
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice cake in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil beef in water until tender, then shred.
  3. Julienne carrots and sauté until soft.
  4. Blanch spinach in boiling water and squeeze out excess water.
  5. Beat eggs and make a thin omelet, then slice into strips.
  6. Mix beef, carrots, spinach, and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  7. Layer the rice cakes and vegetable mixture in a serving bowl.
  8. Top with egg strips and serve warm.
