Ingrédients

  • Rice cake (tteok) – 500g
  • Beef – 200g
  • Carrots – 1 medium
  • Radish – 1 medium
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Green onions – 2
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice cakes in water for 1 hour.
  2. Slice beef, carrots, and radish into thin strips.
  3. Heat a pan with sesame oil.
  4. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add beef and cook until browned.
  6. Add carrots and radish, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add soaked rice cakes and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  8. Scramble eggs in a separate pan and slice them.
  9. Garnish the dish with green onions and scrambled eggs.
  10. Serve hot with salt and pepper to taste.
