Description
Delicious lamb chops served over creamy lobster mash with sautéed asparagus.
Ingrédients

- 4 lamb chops
- 2 cups lobster meat
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 bunch asparagus
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash.
- Add lobster meat, heavy cream, and butter to mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a pan, heat oil and sear lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- In another pan, sauté garlic and asparagus until tender.
- Serve lamb chops over lobster mash with asparagus on the side.

- Choose fresh lobster for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
