Delicious lamb chops served over creamy lobster mash with sautéed asparagus.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups lobster meat
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash.
  2. Add lobster meat, heavy cream, and butter to mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a pan, heat oil and sear lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. In another pan, sauté garlic and asparagus until tender.
  6. Serve lamb chops over lobster mash with asparagus on the side.
