Description

Ingrédients

- 4 lamb cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Season lamb cutlets with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook lamb cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Mash potatoes with butter, milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
