Description

A hearty lasagna casserole layered with pasta, cheese, and meat sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain the fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a baking dish, spread some meat sauce on the bottom.
  7. Layer 3 noodles over the sauce, then spread half the ricotta mixture and a third of the mozzarella.
  8. Repeat the layers, ending with meat sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
