Delicious individual portions of lasagna baked in muffin tins.


Ingrédients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grease a muffin tin.
  5. Cut lasagna noodles into thirds.
  6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella in each muffin cup.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
