Delicious individual portions of lasagna baked in muffin tins.
Ingrédients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Cut lasagna noodles into thirds.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella in each muffin cup.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free noodles for a gluten-free version.
- Feel free to add vegetables or meat to your layers.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
