  • 2 cups pasta (lasagna noodles, broken)

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet.
  2. Transfer to crockpot.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, broken noodles, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheese before serving.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese.
